A work area with specific and cross-functional expertise, capable of creating “a bridge” between the various company technical areas and market partners: from the sales network to end customers.
From consulting to the field
The objective of Fomet’s Technical-Agronomic Department is to provide technical support both at the farm and at the point of sale, answering technical questions and suggesting application strategies for Fomet products.
To achieve this goal, the Technical-Agronomic Department carries out a series of actions:
- Preparation of specific fertilization plans
- Definition of strategies for achieving specific agronomic objectives
- Preparation of supporting informational materials
- Organization of informational meetings in the field, aimed at both technicians and farmers
- Organization of field trials with Fomet products, both at the company’s CFPN (Center For Plant Nutrition) facility and at farms and accredited independent testing centers.
